I went to the doctors today to check up on a scan for a back injury I had several months ago!He suggested I take up Pilates ! I said I practice Ashtanga !He said yes but you need strength as well as flexibility !!! Nothing wrong in Pilates but I'll stick with Ashtanga for Now perhaps my Doctor should try a Ashtanga class before handing out advice !lol Ashtanga gives you strength as well as flexibility It seems to be a bit of a secret Especially to the the NHS!!!
