Breakfast for yogis!! & everyone! I've been given porridge for breakfast since I can remember Thanks mum!! Although I cook it myself Now lol !!I now add all sorts in this pick packing heaps of Healthy Goodness!! Chia seeds,cranberries,Almonds,milled linseed,Banana & Honey!! I love Breakfast Don't miss it Never did anyone any good infact if you skip breakfast you will be Hungry all day and more likely to eat crap late into the evening! It's not hard to eat healthy!
