Bit of fun a #stopdropandyogapose after my morning ashtanga class .Daily practice of ashtanga really gives yo strength that I Never obtained in the years I lifted weights it's a while different type of strength deep inside not just in your muscles !It's also a massive feeling of bliss a smiling after you have pulled of a pose ALWAYS room for improvement there's never an end to yoga just a long Exciting journey !😁Namaste!!Have a great Day!!
