Plantstrong! I had a trapped nerve that's Been giving me jip over the last few weeks but when your self employed you have to keep moving & working this might look a bit extreme but only certain movements like forward bends trouble me at present the back is a strange muscle .I've learnt to work around my back problems over the years when they occur ;sitting around just weakens the muscles eventually you get through the pain faster than being idle.Plus what you eat definitely helps recuperation Hence I'm having a mint ,ginger Apple ,spinach kiwi & pineapple juice .We are what we eat!!
