Enjoying a green juice after my run while Charlie is still in navasana! After Our morning ashtanga practice ! Juice recipe As follows _Apples x3 lemon x1 one large handfull of spinach , chunk of ginger half a pineapple ,celery x 2 sticks half a zucchini/courgette!juice the lot skin on (we use a sage juicer ) blend with crushed ice if you like!! I ALSO put chia seeds in Most of my juicing great for protein!!ENJOY!!
