Ashtanga Yoga gives you strength , practicing daily will keep your body and mind strong! Like anything in life just going through the moves won't cut it!!you could say you practice yoga as many do but your body will reflect your practice! Of course there are many different types of yoga .Ashtanga suits me it's not for everyone , each move practiced correctly will challenge your mind and body both working together . Warrior pose is a perfect example of what you can get out of a pose or Not .Alignment ,breathing ,balance are all part of this pose you can get as much or as little as you won't from this seemingly easy pose All poses are there for a reason!
